Nurse Training on Advanced Cardiac Life Support from AHA and be accredited

Advanced Cardiac Life Support Training by AHA
One of the best edge a nurse can have over other nurses is experience. But the problem is, if you are a new graduate in nursing course or even if you passed the NLE outstanding the others by being on top of the licensure board exam result, chances are, if you apply for a job and your competition had a 5-year experience, do you think the company will choose you over the other?

Now, if you have doubts on this, then one thing will take that doubt out from your mind and heart. That is to equip yourself with the right training that a nurse needs in order to excel not just in the board examination but also in terms of certification. Yes, certification is the answer. If you have as much as you could even if you literally have no experience yet, chances are you could get the edge over a competition with job application over someone who is experienced.

Some companies do consider employing or hiring NLE passers but it is always best to have certifications for different trainings. One training that you ought to target to become certified with is training on Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Nurses do know about it and if you are interested, the American Heart Association launches a regular set of trainings scheduled over a year period. See details below.
